Crystal Smith (born 2 August 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri) is an American model and actress. She is best known for being Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its September 1971 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Dwight Hooker.

Crystal grew up in Missouri, North Carolina and South Carolina. She attended Kansas State University and graduated with a degree in radio and television broadcasting, and also worked as a Bunny at the Kansas City Playboy Club. For eight years, she anchored Sexcetera, the Playboy Channel's news show. According to The Playmate Book, she and her husband now live in Las Vegas, where they own a video production company.

Crystal has a pilot's license and was once a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall.
